Dental Direct Reimbursement at Your Company

 

 
To design a DR plan for your company follow these steps:
 
  1. Complete our Cost Estimate Form.
  2. Think about the level of benefit you would like to offer employees (i.e. plan maximums, etc.).
  3. Consider whether you would like to use a Third Party Administrator (TPA) or if you would like to self-administer your plan.

  4. Contact Benefits Administration, Inc. at 888-379-2218 to get a cost estimate, assistance in setting up your plan, forms and guidance about tax implications and Virginia employee benefit regulations.
